Private workflow · Owner access only
Privacy information
AI Studio uses its owner's project data to operate a private content workflow. This website does not collect Google authorization from visitors.
Data and processing
Project data includes the original reference image, generated media, prompts, captions, research observations, quality results, configuration, spending records, job state and publishing receipts. The requested Drive permission is broad; the workflow is configured for the owner's designated project folders and reference file.
Google Apps Script and Drive provide the private controller and project storage. n8n coordinates service requests. Configured providers, including OpenAI and Runway, receive the reference images, prompts, research context or candidate media required for generation and quality checks. The configured media host formats files and prepares temporary delivery. Meta receives selected final content only for configured, authorized publication.
Credentials and retention
Credentials and tokens are managed through n8n credential configuration and relevant service settings. These public pages contain no credentials or project media.
The owner controls retention and deletion of private Drive files and workflow records. Temporary delivery copies have configured expiry and cleanup. Removing a project file does not remove copies already held by another provider or content already published. Provider processing and retention also depend on the owner's account settings and each provider's policies.
The owner can disable workflows, revoke Google access and disconnect providers. Revoking access does not itself delete existing data or publications.
